This policy describes what information Ward Excavation LLC collects through this website and how we use it. It is written in plain language because that is how we prefer to do business. If anything here is unclear, call (910) 981-1119 and ask.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form, we collect the information you type in: name, phone number, email, city, start-date estimate, property size, and your acknowledgment of our terms and conditions. The form is hosted by GoHighLevel, which also records the IP address and timestamp of the submission for spam prevention.
When you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies that record which pages you view and how you navigate between them. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored. We do not combine that data with your form submission.
When you call (910) 981-1119, our phone system records the standard call metadata your carrier already logs: the number you called from, the date and time, and the call duration. We do not record call audio.
How we use it
Quote-form data is used to respond to your request — either by phone, text, or email, depending on how you asked us to reach you — and to schedule and complete the work if you decide to hire us. We may also send job-related communications (schedule confirmations, estimate updates, questions about access or scope) while a project is active.
Analytics data is used internally to see which pages drive leads and which ones need rewriting. It does not leave our GA4 property and is not used to target you with advertising.
Who we share it with
Form submissions flow into GoHighLevel, which is the CRM we use to track leads and jobs. Analytics data flows to Google Analytics. That is the full list. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners, data brokers, or advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Active leads and customer records are kept indefinitely while there is any active or likely-future relationship — so we can look up the history of your property when you call us back in five years. Inactive records that are not customers and have not engaged in over a year are pruned annually. Analytics data follows GA4's default retention period.
Your rights
You can ask us to send you a copy of whatever we have on file, or to delete it. Either way, just email bradwardexcavation@gmail.com and tell us which you want. We will handle it within a reasonable window — usually within a few business days.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on this site by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings. Either works site-wide.
Cookies
This site sets cookies from Google Analytics 4 (for traffic measurement) and from Google Tag Manager (the container that loads Analytics). The cookies are first-party by default and do not identify you personally. You can refuse them through your browser's cookie settings without affecting your ability to use the site or submit the quote form.
